We are looking for an automotive technician to join our team.

Job Description:
Job Type: Full Time (40 Hours per week plus possibilities of overtime)
Salary: To be determined based on experience and qualifications
Education: High School Diploma / Class A Automotive Technician License
Location: Kapuskasing
Start Date: As soon as possible
Reports to: Service Manager

Duties and Responsibies:
-Complete mechanical repairs on customer vehicles such as but not limited to (Brakes, front ends, accessories, wiring issues, oil leaks, engines, transmissions etc.)
-Complete mechanical inspections following all MTO specifications
-Complete recalls on all Stellantis brand vehicles
-Complete pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles
-Complete all required Stellantis (Chrysler) training courses
-Maintain shop's mechanical equipment (Hoist, tire machines etc.)
-Fill out work orders with repair procedures
-Complete parts requests with required parts
-Test drive vehicles
-All other related tasks requested by upper management

Skills and Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years' experience in an automotive technician role or other related experience
-Punctuality and reliability is a priority
-Must have good communication skills and be willing to work as a team
-Good computer skills
-Capability to work in a fast paced environment all while being extremely organized
-Must have a flexible working schedule
-Must strive to achieve excellence
-Capable of working under pressure and prioritizing are required skills
-Must have Valid driver's license with clean driving record
-Bilingual is an asset
